Mini task

For our mini task, we had to go out on location and photograph ourselves ''floating'' somewhere. We had to photograph the background/location first and then sit on a chair or something in that space (without moving the camera) and then when we got back to the classroom, we need to upload both images in photoshop and layer one on top of the other and erase the background and the chair on one of the images so all the was left was the background of the image and ourselves floating. I really enjoyed this task and thought it was a good way of experimenting in photoshop and building up editing skills. I also added a shadow with the 'burn' tool so it looked a bit more real as if you can see the shadow from myself hovering in the mid air.
